Operator and acceptance VOSCOM-ONLINE LLC (ООО «ВОСКОМ-ОНЛАЙН»), Russian Federation; OGRN 1217700640189, INN 9719021912, KPP 771901001. Registered address: 105484, Moscow, municipal district Vostochnoye Izmaylovo, Sirenevy Boulevard, building 50, apartment 72. VOSCOM.ONLINE (VOSCOM AI FORGE) is a digital engineering platform for embedded systems and Industrial IoT, MWOS, user projects, software builds, documentation, APIs and AI-assisted functions. Russian users may use the service. The Terms, Platform License, Acceptable Use Policy and AI Safety Notice are accepted through a distinct interface action. The Privacy Policy provides information; personal-data consent is separate. Public documents can be read without registration. ## 2. Age and authority The service policy permits accounts for persons aged 18 or older with capacity to contract. Organisation representatives must have authority and provide accurate information. This is a platform policy, not a claim that all such services are legally prohibited for minors. Russian citizenship or presence in Russia does not prevent registration. ## 3. Service description Functions include accounts, projects, AI, builds, documentation, APIs, community and related tools. Some functions require a tariff, testing access or a separate agreement. Interface or future feature changes do not authorise arbitrary changes to existing paid commitments. ## 4. Account security Keep account details current, protect passwords and API keys and do not share personal access outside supported collaborative access. Suspected compromise should be reported to admin@voscom.online and the password changed. Restrictions for violations must be proportionate and may be challenged as described below. ## 5. Acceptable Use 5.1. You may use the service only for lawful purposes and only within the scope of the functionality provided. 5.2. You are prohibited from: - disrupting the operation of the service, attempting to bypass access restrictions, rate limits, payment restrictions, or technical protection measures; - obtaining unauthorized access to data, systems, accounts, build environments, models, keys, logs, or infrastructure; - uploading or distributing malicious code, unauthorized access tools, exploits, credential theft tools, malware, or other destructive payloads; - using the service to create, test, or operate solutions that violate the law, third-party rights, export restrictions, sanctions regimes, or rules for the safe use of technology; - using the service for direct control of systems where an error, failure, delay, incorrect configuration, or incorrect output may result in death, injury, environmental damage, substantial property damage, or critical downtime, unless otherwise expressly agreed in a separate written agreement specifying the SLA, scope of use, and allocation of responsibility; - using the service as the sole source of an engineering solution without your own review, testing, and validation; - systematically extracting data, analyzing the structure of the service, conducting mass automated data collection, abusing performance testing, or reverse engineering the platform layer to an extent not permitted by mandatory law. ## 6. User materials and projects Users retain rights in their own code, projects, documentation and other materials, subject to component licences. The Operator receives a non-exclusive technical permission to store, back up, process, build and display materials only for requested service functions and recipients chosen by the user. Uploading a private project does not publish it or authorise training third-party models on it. Users must hold the necessary rights. Publishing a project is distinct from disclosing its author’s personal data; displaying the author’s name requires separate permission. ## 7. AI and human review AI FORGE operates above connected models and provides no engineering certification. Answers, code and firmware may be wrong. Human review, suitable hardware tests and risk assessment are required before deployment. Device writes, flashing, eFUSE changes and other irreversible operations require the prescribed separate human confirmation; a successful build does not establish safe flashing. When connecting a personal API key or third-party AI service, users choose the provider and must consider its terms and data practices. Do not supply materials or third-party data without the required rights and legal basis. The platform sends the selected model the request and necessary context, including conversation history and requested project excerpts. This does not remove the Operator’s own data-protection duties; consent does not replace specific cross-border transfer requirements. ## 8. Paid functions The price and scope of an available paid function are displayed before ordering. Monetary prices for Russian offers are in rubles; internal operations may be accounted for in Flux. AI charges depend on the selected model, input and output tokens, included context and displayed minimum charge. Current model settings and tariffs, rather than this document, provide current rates. The Billing and Refund Policy applies. Displaying a tariff does not start a subscription, renewal or payment; the prescribed order procedure is required. Mandatory consumer rights and safeguards under Russian law prevail. Nothing in this document waives rights that cannot be restricted by agreement, including remedies for defective services and refunds where required by law. ## 9. Intellectual Property 9.1. All rights in and to the service, platform layer, interfaces, texts, branding, access organization schemes, documents, design, validators, orchestrators, metadata databases, service structure, and other elements owned by the Operator or its licensors remain with the respective rights holders. 9.2. Certain MWOS components, open-source libraries, third-party modules, and other materials may be distributed under open-source licenses. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the mandatory terms of a specific open-source license with respect to such component, the relevant open-source license shall prevail to the required extent. 9.3. Rights in and to User Materials remain with you or the relevant rights holder, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted to us under these Terms and other service documents. 9.4. The rights regime applicable to AI Output, generated code, generated firmware, project templates, and other results is determined by the Platform License, the applicable plan, and/or a separate agreement. Unless expressly provided otherwise, the service grants access to the tool and does not transfer to you any rights in the platform layer, models, internal orchestrators, hidden build logic, knowledge bases, or other internal elements of the service. ## 10. Personal data Processing is described in the Privacy Policy. Consent is not bundled with these Terms, public disclosure or analytics. Manage consent on the consent page. Withdrawal, correction and erasure requests: admin@voscom.online. ## 11. Compliance with law Illegal operations, unauthorised access and evasion of applicable mandatory restrictions are prohibited. Users must consider lawful requirements for their components, hardware and end use. Russian citizenship is not a violation. ## 12. Restrictions and account deletion Violations may result in proportionate function or account restrictions, with reasons notified unless this would compromise security or legal duties. Decisions can be challenged through support@voscom.online. Request account deletion, data access or correction at admin@voscom.online from the account email. Proportionate identity verification may be needed to prevent unauthorised requests, but not your password. Records necessary by law or to protect rights remain on the relevant basis; withdrawal is not instantaneous deletion of every record. ## 13. Service and result limitations The tools do not promise error-free generation, continuous availability or that every result suits particular hardware. The terms of a specific ordered service define its commitments. Engineering warnings do not exempt the Operator from liability for improper performance. Mandatory consumer rights and safeguards under Russian law prevail. Nothing in this document waives rights that cannot be restricted by agreement, including remedies for defective services and refunds where required by law. ## 14. Liability Liability is determined by Russian law, taking into account the obligation, breach and established circumstances. These Terms do not impose an unconditional exclusion or arbitrary universal monetary cap. Mandatory consumer rights and safeguards under Russian law prevail. Nothing in this document waives rights that cannot be restricted by agreement, including remedies for defective services and refunds where required by law. ## 15. Third-party claims The parties cooperate in examining rights complaints about materials. Recovery of proven loss and legal costs is governed by law; users are not unconditionally liable for every claim, fine or expense regardless of the grounds for liability. ## 16. Changes New editions are published with a version and effective date; earlier editions remain in the history. Material changes are notified in the interface. Separate consent is requested where necessary; using the site does not itself provide personal-data or public-disclosure consent. Changes do not impair accrued mandatory rights or alter an agreed paid price or term without a lawful basis. ## 17. Governing law and disputes Russian law applies. You may voluntarily contact support@voscom.online before proceedings. This does not restrict statutory access to courts or venue choices. Mandatory pre-action procedures apply only where required by law; no arbitrary waiting period is imposed as a barrier to consumer proceedings. ## 18. General provisions Invalidity of one provision does not invalidate other lawful terms. Transfers of rights and duties, including reorganisation, follow the law and do not remove mandatory user safeguards. A separate agreement applies to its agreed scope, subject to mandatory law and licences for specific OSS components. ## 19.
