# Public Data Dissemination Consent

## 1. Operator and separate choice

Consent is separate from registration and general personal-data consent. Without it, open pages do not display the account username in author attribution.

## 2. Permitted field and purpose

The current interface separately offers “Username in author attribution”. It identifies authors of published news, project information cards and comments in open site sections. The current account username is used; changing it changes the attribution. Email, avatar, phone, description, skills, organisation and other fields are not covered.

The public name is accessible to an indefinite audience and may be indexed or copied. For narrower conditions, leave permission disabled and contact the Operator. This consent does not independently authorise visitors to use data for other purposes without lawful grounds.

## 3. Operations and conditions

The Operator records the choice, retains evidence, retrieves and displays the permitted field beside published materials on VOSCOM.ONLINE. No additional fields are permitted. Private messaging and participant names follow separate rules and do not become public through this choice.

## 4. Duration, changes and withdrawal

Consent lasts from separate confirmation until withdrawal or change on the consent page. Refusal immediately stops new delivery of the name on open site pages; this switch cannot recall already loaded pages or third-party copies. Request restrictions or cessation at admin@voscom.online. User-written content may itself contain personal data: identify the material in an erasure request.

The basis is separate consent under Article 10.1 of 152-FZ. See the Privacy Policy for processing and rights. Silence, registration and earlier publication do not replace consent.
