# Personal Data Consent

## 1. Recipient of my consent

VOSCOM-ONLINE LLC (ООО «ВОСКОМ-ОНЛАЙН»), Russian Federation; OGRN 1217700640189, INN 9719021912, KPP 771901001. Registered address: 105484, Moscow, municipal district Vostochnoye Izmaylovo, Sirenevy Boulevard, building 50, apartment 72.

By a separate action I authorise processing of the data below for the stated purposes. This is not acceptance of Terms, advertising permission or public disclosure.

## 2. Purposes and data

Registration and account service: username, email, role, language, verification details and technical identifiers. Optional profile customisation: description, skills and avatar. Handling my support, project and AI requests: messages, files, context, answers, contact and operation details I supply.

Evidence of consent records my user ID, document version and hash, timestamp, IP and limited browser metadata. Passwords and API keys are not included in consent records. Passport details, special-category data and biometrics are not requested.

## 3. Operations and methods

Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, correction, retrieval, use, necessary provision for the requested function, restriction, erasure and destruction, using automated tools and authorised staff. Recipients and integrations are described in the Privacy Policy. This consent does not replace specific cross-border transfer requirements.

## 4. Duration and withdrawal

Consent lasts until the stated purposes end or I withdraw it on the consent page or by emailing admin@voscom.online. Processing independently required or permitted by law or contract may continue only on that basis; mandatory user rights remain. Some requested functions may become unavailable after withdrawal.

## 5. Excluded purposes

This consent does not authorise public name, photo, contact or other personal-data publication, advertising messages or optional analytics. Those require independent action. Providing other persons’ data requires separate rights and legal grounds.
