1. Scope

VOSCOM-ONLINE LLC (ООО «ВОСКОМ-ОНЛАЙН»), Russian Federation; OGRN 1217700640189, INN 9719021912, KPP 771901001. Registered address: 105484, Moscow, municipal district Vostochnoye Izmaylovo, Sirenevy Boulevard, building 50, apartment 72.

This Policy covers expressly ordered VOSCOM.ONLINE paid functions: AI, builds, limits, service units and other services. Each transaction is subject to the terms displayed before the order.

Mandatory consumer rights and safeguards under Russian law prevail. Nothing in this document waives rights that cannot be restricted by agreement, including remedies for defective services and refunds where required by law.

2. Payment models

Available payment methods and scope are displayed for the order: a one-off function, resource package or usage accounting. A displayed tariff does not imply that every payment method is operational. This document does not activate a subscription or authorise automatic bank-account debits.

3. Prices, currency and taxes

Monetary prices for Russian offers are in rubles. Price, mandatory charges and service scope are disclosed before confirmation. Internal Flux units do not mean payment in foreign currency. Future tariff changes do not arbitrarily alter an existing paid price or term.

4. Payment confirmation

A paid transaction requires the prescribed confirmation. Users must be authorised to use their payment method. Suspicious-payment checks must be proportionate; Russian citizenship is not a reason for refusal. Actual consumer payments are subject to 54-FZ, including fiscal receipts where required. This document does not claim an unlaunched checkout is operational.

5. Subscriptions and cancellation

If a subscription is offered, its period, price, renewal date and method, cancellation and access end must be disclosed before purchase. Automatic renewal requires a separate informed choice and a way to stop future debits. Without such an order, registration creates no subscription. 6. Refunds

Consumers may withdraw from a service as provided by law, taking account of the supplier’s actual evidenced costs where that rule applies. Statutory remedies for defects remain available. Starting a period, providing a digital result or activating Flux does not create an absolute refund prohibition.

7. Incorrect charges

Duplicate charges, calculation errors and failure to provide an ordered service must be examined and corrected. A monetary refund due to the user is not replaced with service credits without their agreement.

8. AI and engineering results

A successful build or AI answer does not replace hardware validation. Expectations outside the order differ from a defective ordered service; requests are assessed on their facts and the law. AI limitations do not remove mandatory refund or correction rights.

9. External payments

Payment to an external model using your own API key, or a direct third-party order, is governed by your relationship with that supplier. The Operator remains responsible for its own service and statutory obligations; referring to a third party does not remove them.

10. Market and sellers

The seller, payment recipient and applicable terms must be clear before purchase. A catalogue, product card or task board does not itself establish an operational payment-intermediation service. Mandatory buyer rights remain intact.

11. Flux and usage accounting

Flux are internal service units, not cryptocurrency, a deposit or a general external payment instrument. They may be purchased through an available site method or obtained under stated bonus rules. Balances and operations are recorded in the account; purchase and usage terms are shown before the operation.

AI cost uses the selected model’s published user rates: input tokens × input price per 1M / 1,000,000 + output tokens × output price per 1M / 1,000,000, subject to displayed rounding and minimum charges. Input includes sent instructions, context and history, not only the latest sentence. Cache treatment requires supporting usage data and a relevant tariff; repeated context is not automatically free.

Purchased units cannot be arbitrarily cancelled retroactively. Bonuses may have disclosed restrictions without removing lawful claims relating to paid services and refunds.

12. Unsuccessful payment

A paid operation may be unavailable if balance or payment confirmation is insufficient. Errors may be challenged through support. Good-faith refund requests or exercise of legal rights are not themselves violations.

13. Billing disputes

Contact support@voscom.online with the date, amount and operation description. No short internal deadline limits statutory claim periods or access to courts.

14. Requesting a refund

Send support@voscom.online your account, order or operation identifier, date, amount and reason. Do not send passwords, API keys, full card numbers or security codes. Only proportionate additional verification information may be requested. Applicable law governs handling periods and outcomes.

15. Trials and promotions

Periods, limits and bonus or promotion terms must be disclosed before participation. End of a free trial does not by itself authorise a bank debit. Abuse may result in proportionate, appealable restrictions.

16. Enterprise Agreements and Special Terms

16.1. If you and the Operator have entered into a separate written agreement, order form, enterprise agreement, partner agreement, or reseller agreement, the payment, refund, service credit, invoicing, and limit terms set out in that document shall prevail in the relevant part.

17. Policy changes

New editions are published with a version and effective date; earlier editions remain in the history. Material changes are notified in the interface. Separate consent is requested where necessary; using the site does not itself provide personal-data or public-disclosure consent. Changes do not impair accrued mandatory rights or alter an agreed paid price or term without a lawful basis.
