1. Parties and application

VOSCOM-ONLINE LLC (ООО «ВОСКОМ-ОНЛАЙН»), Russian Federation; OGRN 1217700640189, INN 9719021912, KPP 771901001. Registered address: 105484, Moscow, municipal district Vostochnoye Izmaylovo, Sirenevy Boulevard, building 50, apartment 72.

This licence covers the VOSCOM.ONLINE platform layer and is accepted together with the Terms, AUP and AI Safety through a distinct action. Separate agreements may define access; mandatory law and the licence of each OSS component prevail. Personal-data consent is not part of licence acceptance.

2. What Is Licensed

2.1. For purposes of this License, the “Platform” means the interfaces, server-side logic, orchestration layer, build pipelines, AI tools, cloud panels, user account area, metadata libraries, registry mechanisms, documentation interface, APIs, anti-abuse tools, commercial features, and other components that are not expressly licensed to you as open-source software.

2.2. The Platform may include:

proprietary components of the Rights Holder;
third-party components;
open-source components distributed under the applicable licenses;
content, documentation, templates, manifests, diagrams, metadata, compatibility data, and other materials.

2.3. Nothing in this License transfers to you any ownership rights in the Platform, its code, source files, models, service databases, orchestration logic, internal registries, compatibility maps, trademarks, design assets, or other elements, except for the limited use license expressly granted herein.

3. Licence grant

The Operator grants a non-exclusive right to use the available web interface, authorised clients and APIs within granted access for lawful development of your own and commissioned projects. No right to distribute proprietary platform code or independently deploy its server software is granted. A local agent is used under its own licence.

4. Open-Source Components and Priority of OSS Licenses

4.1. Certain parts of the ecosystem, including MWOS or separate modules, libraries, examples, tools, scripts, firmware components, and documentation, may be distributed as open-source. Each such component is governed by the terms of the applicable license specified in the repository, source files, package metadata, NOTICE files, or documentation.

4.2. If a component is distributed under the Apache License 2.0, MIT, GPL, LGPL, or another license, your rights and obligations with respect to that component are determined by that specific license, and not by the general provisions of this License.

4.3. This License does not restrict any rights that a mandatory open-source license already grants to you directly, and does not expand such rights beyond the scope of the applicable open-source license.

4.4. You are solely responsible for complying with all notices, attribution requirements, source code availability requirements, distribution terms, and other obligations applicable to the open-source components you use.

5. License Restrictions

5.1. Unless otherwise expressly permitted by mandatory law or a separate written agreement, you are prohibited from:

copying, reproducing, selling, renting, sublicensing, providing as a service bureau, or otherwise commercially exploiting the Platform outside the permitted use case;
obtaining or attempting to obtain source code, source models, system prompts, internal manifests, compatibility graphs, orchestration logic, metadata, or other service materials not intended for disclosure;
bypassing technical restrictions, paid-feature restrictions, rate limits, access-rights checks, signature checks, build restrictions, anti-abuse mechanisms, geographic restrictions, or plan limitations;
removing or modifying copyright, trademark, license, attribution, or other rights notices;
using the Platform for competitive analysis, building a substitute service, extracting datasets, collecting model data, mass automated data collection, automated export of registry data, or otherwise copying commercially significant parts of the Platform;
granting third parties access to the Platform under your account, unless this is provided for by the applicable plan, seat logic, or enterprise access structure;
using Platform outputs as if they constituted engineering certification, a legal opinion, regulatory authorization, or a binding safety warranty.

6. Third-party models and services

When connecting a personal API key or third-party AI service, users choose the provider and must consider its terms and data practices. Do not supply materials or third-party data without the required rights and legal basis. The platform sends the selected model the request and necessary context, including conversation history and requested project excerpts. This does not remove the Operator’s own data-protection duties; consent does not replace specific cross-border transfer requirements.

7. User materials

Users retain rights to their own materials; upload does not transfer ownership. Permission to the Operator is limited to storage, backup, processing, builds and display for requested functions and chosen recipients. Third-party materials require rights and legal grounds. Uploading a private project does not publish it.

8. AI Output, Generated Results, and Engineering Review

8.1. The Platform may generate configurations, manifests, code suggestions, firmware artifacts, build scripts, connection diagrams, compatibility hints, explanations, reports, and other output results (“Results”).

8.2. Unless otherwise provided by a mandatory open-source license, third-party rights, or a separate written agreement, rights in the Results generated for you through lawful use of the service and paid/authorized access are transferred to you to the extent necessary for their use, modification, and implementation in your projects.

8.3. Notwithstanding Section 8.2:

Results may include open-source or third-party components, the rights to which are governed by the applicable licenses;
Results may not be unique, and similar results may be generated for other users;
we do not warrant patent clearance, non-infringement of third-party rights, engineering fitness, or safety of the Results;
Results are provided as instrumental materials requiring your own professional review, testing, and validation.

8.4. You must independently review and validate any Result before applying it in equipment, firmware, industrial environments, field deployments, commercial products, customer systems, or any other scenarios where an error may cause losses or harm.

9. Prohibition on Critical and Hazardous Uses

9.1. Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written agreement expressly specifying the scope of warranties, SLA, and allocation of responsibility, the Platform and Results are not licensed for use as the sole or final control logic in systems that are safety-critical, life-critical, mission-critical, medically regulated, nuclear, aviation-related, weapons-related, emergency-response, transportation-related, or other high-risk systems.

9.2. Any use of the Platform in critical or regulated scenarios without a separate written agreement is undertaken solely at your own risk.

10. Feedback and contributions

The Operator may use product improvement suggestions for their intended purpose. This does not authorise personal-data publication, disclosure of a private project or appropriation of exclusive rights in user code. Contributions to open repositories follow their stated contribution rules and licences.

11. Reservation of Rights and Trademarks

11.1. All rights not expressly granted to you under this License are reserved by the Rights Holder and/or the respective rights holders of open-source or third-party components.

11.2. VOSCOM, VOSCOM.ONLINE, MWOS, AI Forge, logos, branding elements, trade names, service marks, visual identity elements, and other designations are the property of the Rights Holder or are used by it on a lawful basis. This License does not grant you the right to use such designations, except for permitted descriptive use to indicate compatibility or origin, where expressly permitted by law or by written authorization of the Rights Holder.

12. Access and termination

Access to particular functions depends on permission and ordered services. Ending service access does not remove acquired rights to results or OSS components. Restrictions and disputed charges follow the Terms and Billing Policy; this licence does not create an automatic subscription.

13. Data and service improvement

Technical diagnostics, audit and support follow the Privacy Policy. This licence does not grant blanket permission to train models on private projects. Consider the selected external AI provider’s data terms before sending materials; separate processing modes require their own lawful basis.

14. Result limitations

Generation and builds do not guarantee fitness for particular hardware, industry standards or deployment. Engineering review and testing remain necessary. This does not negate the agreed features of a paid service or statutory liability.

Mandatory consumer rights and safeguards under Russian law prevail. Nothing in this document waives rights that cannot be restricted by agreement, including remedies for defective services and refunds where required by law.

15. Liability

The grounds and extent of liability follow Russian law, without a universal exclusion or arbitrary monetary cap.

16. Loss recovery

Recovery of proven loss and costs for violations of rights or terms is governed by law. Users are not unconditionally liable for all claims and penalties irrespective of their responsibility.

17. Mandatory restrictions

Use of components and results must comply with applicable mandatory law, including export restrictions where applicable. These rules do not bar service use on grounds of Russian citizenship.

18. Licence changes

New editions are published with a version and effective date; earlier editions remain in the history. Material changes are notified in the interface. Separate consent is requested where necessary; using the site does not itself provide personal-data or public-disclosure consent. Changes do not impair accrued mandatory rights or alter an agreed paid price or term without a lawful basis.
