Cookies and Tracking
1. Purpose
VOSCOM-ONLINE LLC (ООО «ВОСКОМ-ОНЛАЙН»), Russian Federation; OGRN 1217700640189, INN 9719021912, KPP 771901001. Registered address: 105484, Moscow, municipal district Vostochnoye Izmaylovo, Sirenevy Boulevard, building 50, apartment 72.
This notice describes VOSCOM.ONLINE cookies and browser storage. It supplements the Privacy Policy and does not replace separate optional-analytics consent.
2. Scope
The Russian Operator’s service is available to users in Russia. Settings apply to the current browser and domain; another browser may require a new choice.
3. What Cookies and Similar Technologies Are
3.1. Cookies are small text files that a website stores on a user’s device. Similar technologies may include local and session storage, SDK identifiers, pixels, tags, consent settings, device attributes, and server-side event identifiers.
3.2. These technologies may be used for account login, session protection, saving preferences, preventing abuse, measuring service performance, improving the interface, and, if enabled separately, analytics or marketing attribution.
4. Age Restriction
The Platform is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity. We do not knowingly request or use consent for non-essential cookies from minors. If it becomes known that a person under 18 has created an account or selected tracking settings, such settings may be reset and the account may be restricted in accordance with the Platform documents.
5. Technologies in use
PHPSESSID: login session, form security and operation state; a session cookie with HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax and Secure over HTTPS. voscom_cookie_consent: essential/analytics choice, up to 180 days.
voscom-public-theme in localStorage: theme preference. The IDE also stores interface settings locally; the AI widget stores its conversation identifier. localStorage has no built-in expiry and can be cleared in the browser.
voscom_marketing_visitor: a random first-party analytics identifier, created only after analytics permission. Analytics records pages, tabs, durations and actions. Yandex Metrica loads only with an enabled counter and analytics permission; its cookies and durations follow its privacy policy.
6. Strictly Necessary Technologies
6.1. We may use strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies without separate prior consent, where permitted by applicable law, for:
- creating and protecting a session;
- account login and maintaining authentication state;
- preventing fraud, credential attacks, bot activity, and API abuse;
- protecting forms and payment transactions;
- storing mandatory security and consent settings.
7. Optional analytics
Declining analytics does not block registration or core functions. Until analytics is permitted, the first-party marketing tracker sends no events and creates no identifier, and Metrica does not load. This choice does not provide advertising-mail consent.
8. Changing your choice
The cookie settings button on public-page footers lets you change your choice. Declining stops new analytics events and removes the local marketing identifier; a loaded Metrica instance is disabled by reloading the page. Third-party-domain cookies may need browser-level removal. Withdrawal does not automatically erase records previously lawfully processed.
9. Purposes
Necessary technologies support login, form protection, chosen theme and continuation of the requested conversation. Optional analytics measures visits and interface usability.
10. External resources
Some pages may load fonts, links or embedded resources whose suppliers receive connection metadata. Yandex Metrica analytics requires permission. Supplier terms do not remove the Operator’s own duties.
11. Legal grounds
Necessary processing supports requested functions and security on the applicable lawful basis; optional analytics follows user choice. Acceptance of general Terms does not authorise analytics.
12. Duration
The session cookie follows the session; the cookie choice is retained for up to 180 days. Local settings remain until cleared or changed; analytics withdrawal removes its local identifier. Server-record processing is limited by purpose and applicable obligations; deletion requests can be sent to the Operator.
13. Security and Abuse Prevention
We may use cookies and similar technologies to protect the platform, limit request frequency, prevent bot activity, detect suspicious logins, and protect accounts, infrastructure, APIs, and payment transactions. Some of these technologies are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without impairing the operation of the service.
14. Do Not Track Signals
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, the platform may not process general browser Do Not Track signals in a uniform manner. For non-essential cookies, the consent interface and settings provided to the user on the website shall take precedence.
15. Personal data
The service’s primary database is in Russia. This does not mean every external technology and all its copies are exclusively in Russia. The Privacy Policy applies.
16. Changes
New editions are published with a version and effective date; earlier editions remain in the history. Material changes are notified in the interface. Separate consent is requested where necessary; using the site does not itself provide personal-data or public-disclosure consent. Changes do not impair accrued mandatory rights or alter an agreed paid price or term without a lawful basis.
